APJCCI Signs MoU with Pakistan Travel Mart to Promote Pakistan–Azerbaijan Tourism Cooperation

The Azerbaijan Pakistan Joint Chamber of Commerce & Industry (APJCCI) has entered into a collaborative partnership with Pakistan Travel Mart (PTM) to strengthen tourism and trade linkages between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr. Zafar Bakhtawari, Chairman of APJCCI, and Mr. Syed Muhammad Ali Hamdani, Chief Executive Officer of PTM.

Through this partnership, both organizations will work together to promote Pakistan and Azerbaijan as preferred travel and tourism destinations. The collaboration focuses on organizing exhibitions, joint marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities that connect tourism and hospitality stakeholders from both countries. It will also help in facilitating business interactions and promoting investment in the travel and hospitality sectors.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Zafar Bakhtawari emphasized that this partnership represents another step forward in APJCCI’s efforts to enhance people-to-people and business-to-business connections between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. He appreciated PTM’s role in promoting tourism and expressed confidence that this cooperation will open new avenues for bilateral engagement.

Mr. Syed Muhammad Ali Hamdani appreciated APJCCI’s initiative and shared that Pakistan Travel Mart has always aimed to promote Pakistan’s image as a vibrant tourism destination. He said that working with APJCCI will further strengthen regional tourism cooperation and create new opportunities for both countries.

This MoU marks the beginning of a closer partnership between APJCCI and PTM to promote sustainable tourism, encourage travel exchanges, and build stronger ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan and other destinations.
